• Enrolment Contract & School Regulations: When a pupil is offered and accepts a founding place at Elyton International School, parents or legal guardians execute a separate, legally binding Parent Contract / Enrolment Agreement. That agreement, together with the School’s Parent Handbook, fee schedules, and institutional policies, governs the educational relationship, tuition obligations, and academic regulations.
• Tuition & Fees Schedule: Fee structures, payment schedules, and withdrawal terms published on our Fees page are authoritative for the respective academic year and are subject to formal confirmation during admission.

Intellectual Property & Brand Assets

All content published on this website — including text, architectural photography, curriculum overviews, illustrations, video footage, graphics, audio, brand assets, downloadable prospectuses, and software code — is the proprietary property of Elyton International School or its licensors and is protected by the Copyright Act (Cap. 130 of the Laws of Kenya) and international intellectual property conventions.

The name “Elyton International School”, the Elyton school crest, the institutional motto “Juncta Juvant”, and associated emblems are protected marks. They may not be copied, modified, displayed, or distributed for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
