ADMISSIONS

Admission Requirements

The documents we ask for, and what happens from enquiry to a confirmed place.

To apply to Elyton you need the online application form, your child's most recent school report, and a birth certificate or passport; any existing assessments or support plans help too. Applying is free and commitment-free, and there is no entrance exam: a relaxed Meet your child session sets the starting point.

Documents to have ready

DocumentWhy we ask
Most recent school reportThe most useful document: it shows where your child is, especially when moving between school systems.
Birth certificate or passportStandard for enrolment and for confirming year group.
Existing assessments or support plansIf you have anyNone of it counts against an application; it tells us what to put in place from day one.

The five steps

  1. Enquire. Tell us your child's age and when you need a place. We reply with the fee schedule and the entry point your child would join, before any form.
  2. Visit. Book a private weekday tour, walk the campus and meet the teacher who would take your child's class.
  3. Apply. Complete the online application, about fifteen minutes, with the school report attached. Places are limited by our cap of twenty-five per class.
  4. Meet your child. A relaxed, age-appropriate session so we understand how your child learns and where they should start. It shapes their support plan, nothing more.
  5. Join the founding cohort. Accept your place and pay the joining fees set out in your offer.

Fees at a glance

The full schedule is on the fees page. On accepting a place, families pay the one-off admission fee of KES 15,000 and the refundable deposit of KES 50,000. Tuition is paid termly: 70% on or before the start of term and the remaining 30% before mid-term.

Intakes

Places are open for September 2026 and January 2027, from Crèche to Year 6. Use the age finder to check your child's year group.
