Our only deadline is real capacity
Classes are capped at twenty-five, and a year group closes the moment it reaches that number. Some year groups fill long before others, and rarely the ones people expect.
For a specific year group, ask "how many places are left in Year 3" rather than "when is the deadline" — we will tell you the actual number.
What to have ready
Your child's most recent school report. The single most useful document: it lets us identify the right entry point rather than guess from age alone, especially for children moving between school systems.
Birth certificate or passport. Standard for enrolment and for confirming year group.
Any existing assessments or support plans. Send anything you have — a diagnosis, an individual plan, a history of additional support. None of it counts against an application. It tells us what to put in place from day one, and a support need spotted in week six is harder on a child than one planned for in advance.
What to ask us for
The full fee schedule, in writing. Ask and you will have it the same day, with what tuition covers and what is charged separately — transport, lunches, uniform, some external trips — so the full cost is upfront.
The specifics of your child's entry point. Which class, which teacher, how many children currently in it.
Transport routes. Whether a route runs from where you actually live, specifically, not whether routes exist in general.
The order that works best
- Enquire and get the fee schedule.
- Visit — the Founding Open Day, or a private weekday tour.
- Apply online, with the school report attached.
- Bring your child in to meet us.
- Accept the place.
Applying is free and commitment-free, and it holds your position in the queue while you think. Plenty of families apply before visiting, simply to hold that place.
One last thing
Weigh us against an established school properly. They can show you a decade of results. We can show you a finished campus, a capped class size, and a set of commitments in writing.
